Cartoon's advice should've been heeded
I'm certain the Dec. 17 cartoon purporting to show a black mother talking to her child about how to act when stopped by police was meant to be facetious and derogatory toward law enforcement. The fact remains though that if Michael Brown and Eric Garner had followed this advice, they would most likely both be alive today.
